Worst customer service. Will not be returning to this location.
The staff wasn't really into customer service. Just wanted customers and wanted their tip. I had to get up to ask for napkins. When i did, the restaurant supervisor came to ask us if everything was okay. "Not if I have to get up to ask for napkins, or ask you for yellow mustard" The employees need a class on customer service or to be re-trained. Way to make it difficult to use my TMobile freebie today! You caused your server (Amanda, who was great by the way) to spend extra time on me instead of helping other customers that actually wanted to dine in. So what was the point? No reason for me to come back another day with this kind of treatment. #pointlessrevenge
I love Buffalo Wild Wings cause its the coolest place in the world.
This place is a dump. In the worst way. I literally just left this location 5 mins ago. I ordered 10 wings. It took 35 minutes for FIVE OF THEM to come out. Then the lady working the bar where my buddy and I was sitting told me the other 5 would be an ADDITIONAL 12 minutes. Furthermore, the ranch cups that we ordered didn't come out with our food.
