Me and my family went out to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight(Saturday 15th August)and we absolutely loved our sever issac .! He was supper funny, and he even got names out of me and my dad’s girlfriend(she introduced herself and me) also with meeting our family definitely built a good relationship with his customers and i appreciate that! He did his best with helping us and more! Definitely best experience I’ve had with any server ! Hopefully get to be served by him again next time I go!!
Well every time we come here we aren’t served to standards. We were standing at the front with no host just waiting until a server came and sat us. She took our drinks and appetizer order and our pickles came out quickly. But there was only like 8 pickles for two people? We were sat before two other people yet she took their order before us AND they all got their food before she even took our food order. Dear BWW I say it every time I come here that I wouldn’t be coming back… Family insisted we come this evening. NEVER EVER AGAIN! These have to be the smallest wings anywhere in the world! It’s actually pathetic. Service always sucks. Drinks set unfilled. Food is freezing cold. Wait for food is always 45+mins. Owasso BWW Sucks!
Didn’t get a single thing I ordered everything was completely opposite and no seasoning and didn’t get any dipping sauce that I paid for terrible experience everytime I’ve gone the past 3 times so this is the last
