The subpar reviews almost caused us not to give Buffalo Wild Wings in Franklin a try, but I’m so glad we did! Our waitress, Jubilee, was amazing and very attentive to all of our needs. The food was great, the service was excellent, and we had a wonderful experience overall. Don’t let the negative reviews keep you from giving this location a chance—you might miss out on a really good experience!
I’ve been here multiple times, and the service has always been amazing. The servers here are super friendly and helpful, even the to-go servers and other staff who aren’t assigned to your table are helpful and prioritize customer service. The manager, Ryan, is almost always present and goes above and beyond for the customers and for the staff. Overall, Ive never had a bad experience here and as much as i love the food, I would choose this location to go back to purely because of how good the service is.
Unapologetically late on pick up order. Staff not helpful. Food looks mediocre.
Server was so rude. Food was cold. Waited forever. Restaurant was nasty. We stayed away a long time and came back two weeks ago and it was better. Came back tonight and it was horrible. Need to clean house again and get all new people
