The wings didn’t have enough sauce on them , food came out cold , onion rings were burnt and cold , didn’t offer to bring more drink or ask if we wanted anything else. To much Spanish music and to loud , if we wanted to hear Spanish music we could go to a Mexican restaurant and listen to Spanish music (we are Hispanic).

We waited on check in for 5 minutes for a booth that we could see was vacant before they slowly released it to us. I then asked for a coke but was offered Pepsi, it came out with a hair from the waitress in it. I exchanged it but there was no apology or anything. Her hair was not tied back properly for food hygiene. I then opened my cutlery roll to find dirty streaks on them. Shame as I love this chain and the food. The drink refills were generous and the boneless wings were nice.

Poor Customer Service Myra Not A Friendly Person We Place Our Order She Didn’t Got Our Order Correct She Never Got Our Onions Rings Table Was Super Dirty When We Got Seated
Bad costumer service. Waited 10 minutes for napkins and server was rude the whole time. Plus they didn’t have onion rings. Definitely not coming to this bww no more!!!
