Super disappointed, we went today to watch the US women play in the World Cup, went in right at 11 when they opened. There was 1 table with people. Asked for the game to be turned on a big screen and with sound. They said they could, we waited 10 mins and asked again and were told that they were busy but would get it done. Really???? There was 1 table! We left, UNBELIEVABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! No wonder it was empty.

Host and waitresses were very rude. One waitress was cussing about the table next to us for not leaving a tip other waitress we had served us hot beers and cold food. We had two waitresses and we weren’t sure why but neither one of them had pleasant attitudes.

The University location tonight 3/16/19 was dirty and staff looked the same. They were not even busy for fight night and still service was totally off. This location is getting really old and it shows.
