I shouldn't take 30-35 mins to get refills on drinks or closing out a ticket. Luckily she realizes that my boyfriend was getting mad and finally came to us before I went to speak to a manager. This was the first time in awhile that we had bad service. Hopefully the issue will be resolved soon.
Terrible service & food sucked. Very disappointed.
The bartender there is horrible( female). Not friendly!!! Or up to her job standards. Seriously if you're gonna work at a place like that bring your smile and friendly attitude. People would appreciate you more. If bar tending is not for you. Maybe you should go work at a prison ward. There they allow frowns and bad attitudes. ( this is to the Buffalo Wild Wings on 82 and university.
The wings were cold when brought to us & we were just so hungry we ate them anyway. Also... when did good customer service include more servers sitting down in the dining area or "chillin" to the point WE had to greet THEM just to be told to seat ourselves. 🙄🙄 super irritating
It was great. Service was great!! Left the dad who was serving us an awesome tip!! I loved it!!�
