got hot glasses with warm beer in a pitcher. waited 15 minutes for queso i never got employees do not know who their manager is. sport bar does not start games on time and when they they did, it was very low(sound wise)
Awesome service... Very pleased with my order
I hate to complain. I really do. But I have to say this. Last night 10/31/19. At 12:34 am I placed a Togo order that was told would take 15 minutes max. Being a server and personally knowing what cook times are and that the establishment would be closing in an hour and a half, on Halloween night of all nights. I know the kitchen isn’t going to be very busy. With closing duties or not coming up.. so I head up and get there at 12:45. Pay and wait 30 more minutes for my wings. I walked in for a quick snack to bring home as I have plans later this evening. Got home only to find that my wings were hot and not the honey barbecue that I ordered. I called and I believe Tara answered and said if I take them back they will fix it but I don’t have time to do it. She said ooo well like it was my fault. It’s no wonder I stopped going in to this establishment. Uuuggghhh!!!

It has been a long time since I last visited this location. I was sitting T the bar and saw a waitress point out to the bartender that there was some object (I believe it was a hair) in a drink. The bartender fished it out with his bare fingers and handed the drink back to her to be served!!
Service was horrible. I order a water and it took like 20 min our food took an hour to get there made us late for the movie. Bar drink took longer. Watier was nice but did not care and girl that help just rolled her eyes at us when we had to get up to find out where food was. Of course the food was ready just sitting in expo window waiting for someone to bring it too us.
