Had a great evening with the family! Waitress was prompt,courteous,and check on us regularly to make sure we were satisfied. Wings,onion rings,chips &queso dip were on point! Too many young workers just standing around talking with the customers that kinda bothered us he was just standing there next to out booth
This was the most horrible service we have had. This location is not our first choice, but thought maybe they got better with customer service, of course we were wrong. Trying to get the managers attention was a fail as well.
Went in Sunday at noon to watch NFL football. Bar was not even 1/4 full. 3 big screen tv's were not even tuned to sports. We were told by the manager that the programming could not be changed because of the afternoon games coming on AFTER the early games. Also, it was 77 degrees outside on a nice October day. I was working at Buffalo Wild Wings. I started out with no problem,had a great attendance record,and did what I had to do without complaining. One of the managers named Jesus liked to play around with everyone. Called the girls bitches,hoes,cunts,skanks,etc. his favorite thing to call me was "faggot" I'm fact the very night that I reported him I had counted 53 times that he had called me a faggot that day. This place is currently the best it has been since the day it opened. Excellent management, wait staff, bar, great food, and cleanliness. I've been coming since the day they opened and have never seen it run so well as today. Keep up the great work.
Ordered nachos for appetizer and got a single layer of chips on top of a bunch of crumbs. Wings were very light on the seasoning, but still good. It not like I left any. Area around bar smelled like a dirty kitchen towel. Would have moved but I wanted to be close enough to see the Ranger game on TV. It was only being played on the smaller screens. Not the quality I have come to expect from Buffalo Wild Wings.
They have really good Drinks and Wings I loved it.
Best wings Ive had in a good while. Set in the bar and the bartender that served with me was 5☆!
