Worst place ever. 40 min wating and at then they tell Ous they cant serve ous For a Party of 18 when there was just 4 tables being used.

Where do I even begin with you guys! I placed in a order last Tuesday (walk in). From the moment I walked in it was just horrible service. The place is run by high schoolers so their standing around not doing nothing even though they see you standing to place in a order. The least they could do is call the Togo girl to get to the front. Finally when she does arrive you have to repeat the order like 15 times cause it takes her so long to process anything. I gave the benifit of the doubt and figured she was new. Not the first time at this establishment but I can guarantee it will be the last! After a long day and especially when you're driving in from out of town, we decided to eat some wings. Upon arrival and after sitting in the bar area, the area where we usually sit because service is sometimes faster, we sat and waited approximately 15 minutes before anyone decided to take our order, not to mention that no one even acknowledged us as we walk in, no "hello", or "someone will be right with you"....ZERO, NADA, ZILCH!! Worst service ever... the hostess basically threw my menu and silverware on the table and said "sit there". Didn't really mind because my husband was hungry. After ordering, we waited 45 minutes before our food came out and all our order was incorrect. While waiting, I noticed that most of the staff was acting really rude to other customers.
