Went there last night...place was three quarters empty and took almost an hour for our food to get to the table. when it did it was cold and fried beyond edible. The meals were coming out two at a time with none of "the famous " sauces they advertise. when questioning the waitress she said the cook staff had to make each batch of sauce handmade per order, when she asked them to send the sauce with the orders they told her no we'll send them after we make the next order. Food was good - service was poor - Waitress more interested in getting massages behind the counter from co worker instead of Seeing if I needed anything- I got up twice with my glass to go get a refill- Left a good tip anyway cause I have more class Than this place- I will forward pic of my receipt if anyone doubts This review -
Poor service!!!!!!!! I will never be back nor recommend this place
We were on the wait list and they still took people before us also one server decided to get into it with my boyfriend saying she just got there we understand that but why have a list of y’all aren’t going to use it? Only good thing was our sever Lexie coming and greeting us with a smile .
Fast service great waitresses and great food and drinks
Our server was amazing !! The hostess was too. The food came out fast and hot.
It was my bday expecting to go out and enjoy some wings ...wing were over cooked n dry was not happy .well not return
Well I don't ever post on a restaurant but OMG this place really sucked big ones, we have been out on the road for a week and we decided to have dinner here, well it was really bad, ordered a beer, glass was chipped so I asked very nicely could I have a new glass, well I was looking at bartender and what did she do pour my beer in another glass, OMG I asked for manager and the service went to hell after that, well never going back!!!
From all the reviews I’ve seen on here there has been a few disappointed people. My wife and I have been there a few times in the past month and so far we have had a blast and The food has been awesome. Maybe they have changed management or something.
