I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and so did one of our sons. It barely had any chicken on it at all. What chicken that was on there was small, chopped up pieces and we couldn't even taste it. Very disappointed. My husband asked for a second beer and he finally asked if he could just get a water because he had been empty for at least 15 minutes. They couldn't seat us because of not enough servers. This was on Saturday with college game day going. There were several tables available but no servers for them. We say ourselves at the bar to watch the game. Wings were great but service was much less than expected.
I ordered my wings with the spicy garlic and got my wings they had nothing on them the server only checked on us 1 time and that was to bring us the check no refills on drinks was unpleasant experience and they where not busy all the staff walking around us with empty cups on edge of table i hope she enjoyed her tip
I had a good experience. They took very good care of my dear 85 year old friend who came to watch Ohio State play football. I recommend the Panama City Beach location.
I waited for 30 minutes to get seated. When I got to the front of the line, the Host ask us to step aside and it'd only be a few more minutes. A couple minutes later they seated the family behind us. I ask the Host why they got seated and we didn't. He mumbled something about the manager telling him to, so we must left at that point. We are locals and will never come back here. What a waste of time.
Absolutely worse experience ever!! Waited 2 1/2 hours for a table (I understand it's football season) only to sit down and wait 20 more minutes for the waiter to tell us no food could be ordered. The power had blinked an hour before and the kitchen had no electricity. Why weren't the people that were waiting told this information? We ask for chips and salsa and were told no they could not ring it up either. Really? You couldn't comp chips and salsa? Horrible experience! Worst BWW EVER! Waited an hour to get my food and that was after I had to get the manager to find out where it was only to find out it was never put in.
