Had a party of nine got seated and one of the kids had a ice cream with us manager told him he had to eat it outside!! WTF!!! I will never eat there again!!! Worst company ever !! We left before even getting served. There lost over one ice cream!!
Good place to watch Football. Every Wall in the place is covered with TV's ... Food was Average, Cold Beer....
It waitress was great, was very busy due to the pirate festival, food wasn't bad but my entree and appetizer came out at the same time...

The food was great. We were seated immediately, food came fast. The only thing I didn't like is that all food came in paper/cardboard dishes.
As someone who worked for BWW for a few years (Columbus Ga) this one is definitely in need of some work. Our server was nice but for first day of football they were definitely not organized. As a previous server for BWW when you have that many waiting at the door all tables should be busted asap. Managers and servers standing around with many dirty tables and a line at door not to mention you bust your tables as you go. If your table has several empty glasses on table then take them. Our Server, Brittany, was wonderful! My husband and I had stopped by to watch the Cardinals/Pirates game. She was very attentive and the beer's were delivered in a timely manner. Friendliness is very important to us and she was personable too.
