While I know and understand the Covid19 virus is effecting everything but to order online and schedule a 5:30 pickup time and still be waiting at 5:55 for my order to come out it absolutely unacceptable.

We only ordered 2 appetizers and it took a very long time. We were just about to pay for our drinks and leave when our food finally showed up. Food and service not nearly as good as the other BWW we've visited..

My husband and were excited to visit BWW but unfortunately our experience wasn't pleasant. Server seemed to not tend to us then wings came out cold. After the manager asked us why we were leaving so soon (our wings weren't eaten) we mentioned the wings being cold and he just said thank you for being understanding. I expected a possible remake of the wings or help to make our food enjoyable. Disappointed because this use to be a favorite place of ours.
