Service was great but our food was really bad... BWW took my child's food back 2x and it was still wrong ... I will never go back ... sorry to say there are Other places near BWW that we will spend our money
I have been to this location about 6 times and never had a bad experience. Drinks always filled and the waitress took care of our needs. Food is good and wings r good but the boneless wings need to be a little softer but still good.
It was really good, the food was amazing, our server was sweet and attentive. But the best part was that the Cavs were facing Celtics and some dude wanted hokey on when there was on 8 minutes left in the game. Everyone started "booing" and the one employee, he was like, "don't worry, I'll fix this guys" and placed the Cavs vs. Celtics back on and everyone started clapping. I'm from Cleveland, this is an important game!! Lol he was great!
Probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a buffalo wild wings. The service was non existent. Took about 20 minutes to come take our order after getting our drinks. He never came back to the table after dropping off our food, which by the way tasted bad, barely any sauce on mine. Couldn't even ask for a dipping cup because he never came back. The Gilbert location had horrible service. My sons and I decided to go eat there prior to my son leaving on deployment. We sat there for at least 25 min before the waiter came back to take our order. Drinks were not refilled until we were done with our food. We will not be visiting this location again. We love BWW's, so this was a huge disappointment.
