wonderful staff and atmosphere
Waited a long time for our food. our food was sent to the wrong table. We had very hungry/cranky kids having to wait even longer . 1 person in our group didnt get her food for another 10 mins after we got all of our food. barely could get a refill on a beverage. had to ask for our bill. wings were sloppy. when service is like this we should atleast get some sort of discount, apology or something. not impressed, whatsoever.
Brought 5 kids and 4 adults here. Waited forever for our food. Then our food was brought to the wrong table and were handing it out and we had starving children. Said sorry we will get new stuff right away. Food was luke warm. My kids Mac and cheese was gross. My salad was forgotten about because it wasn’t passed out at the wrong table but was the last thing because I had to wait an extra 10 minutes on top of all the time we already waited. I ordered via the app, which was great! Unfortunately that's where the good review ends. I drove a half hour to pick up my order, which wasn't ready when I got there. I had intentionally taken my time but figured even if I was late it would be ready. After another 10 minutes I finally got it. Another half hour home and I find out my side dressings are missing and so are my carrots and celery. My Mom and I came here for lunch yesterday. Both the food and the staff were top notch. I will be back again.
Amazing service and awesome food, fried pickles are a must!
Got my order wrong and then when the check came they charged us for food we didn't order.
