Literally the worst service I've ever had, from now on I'm going to drive across town to get bbw because this was the worst service I've ever had, Amanda was the worst server. By the way, we can see you texting from our seat if you don't want to work in the service industry find another job. I've never been so angry about service before. I've never left below 20% tip until today, that 50 cents was still more than you deserved.
Given this place MULTIPLE opportunities to do something right. Tonight was the last. Completely wrong order, cold food and a very disinterested staff. Overcooked dried out chicken. If anyone is interested in opening another BWW location in Edmond and doing it right, you have my business. This location is by far the worst wild wings I have ever been to.
Service is great at this one . Moore Oklahoma not so much . I think the wings at BWs should be cooked crispier . So I give food a 3 out of 5 . Here again for take out ! Food the same , but the customer service was excellent ! It's a 5 star every time . Just wish they would cook the wings more !
