I just picked up my food and they showed me everything I asked for and asked me if everything was okay and what I wanted and I am totally Blown Away!!!! Im so sorry NW EXPRESS location...this is definitely personalized service!!!! IM SO GLAD I MOVED UP HERE!!!!! BOOMER SOONER!!!!!
Horrible manager and terrible service. We waited for over an hour and a half to be served food and at that, one of our party NEVER got her food. We asked to be comped and she gave us $15 off of a $70 ticket. Food was OKAY but if they want to give me the excuse that their server was JUST out of training, put him in back since he couldn't handle a busy party!! Like I said, food was okay but service and staff SUCKED ASS!!!
Don't waste your money on the cheese fries--quality is not worth the $$$. Chicken was good, waitress was very friendly but it took a long time to receive our order and the fries were luke warm.
I ordered mild boneless buffalo wings and half of them had no sauce on them. I asked for some sauce to pit on them and they told me that it would cost extra. The manager yelled at my husband when he complained to her and she told him he shouldn't be complaining because the order was right and it was just the sauce that was missing. Horrible way to do business.
Food was great. Service was great. Atmosphere is incredible. I love Buffalo Wild Wings! Best wings ever!
