We waited almost 15 minutes to even get a drink order. Took another 25 to get them. No refills. No waitress was helpful. We ended up just leaving after 40 minutes of waiting for our food.

Never been to a Buffalo Wild Wing restaurant before. I decide to get a bucket of wings to go. I get home and the wings are cold. Cold as in refrigerator cold. Not sure if they nuke pre-cooked frozen ones or not and didn't heat them well. I do know I won't be a returning customer. What a shame the Arbys/BWW owner is buying out Dunkins

We waited 45 minutes for our food. wings were cold and the burgers were salty and left a thick film on the roof of your mouth. The burger tasted awful!! asked for cheese sauce to go with our pretzels and they brought it out 5 minutes later when we were almost done eating them. we will not go back there again!!
