My husband and I had a horrible experience at this location on 9/4. After failed attempts to reach out to someone at the store, I went to the website and filled out a form about our recent visit. Our food on Friday was incredibly disappointing, and I was repeatedly placed on hold and hung up on when I tried to reach out to the store.

We placed an order over the phone for pick up and were told we couldn’t pay with a credit card. We were told by their manager Kristen that it is their policy. Well, Buffalo Wild Wings you’ve lost our business tonight and the in the future.

They have big advertising that it’s says 10 pieces of boneless wings and French fries $9.99 !!! and My husband called them to order And he said we don’t want any side with it and I paid $13. I call them to ask why I paid $13 without side, and they said You have to order with french fries To get the deal! So with the French fries is $9.99. But without French fries is $12.94. what a deal!!!! I said what should I do to get the deal then, she said You have to let us know that You want the deal! Oh okay!!!!!!
