Been sitting in the parking lot in Takeout Parking for 15 minutes calling for our order. No answering phone. Nobody coming out. Gonna have $50 cold food.

We ordered online for pickup & when we got home, we realized part of our order was wrong. So, we called & they said they’d fix it. So we drove another 20 minutes to go back to the restaurant for them to mess up the order AGAIN. It’s really not that hard to look at a receipt. So, we wasted 40 extra minutes for me to just not even eat because we weren’t waiting another 20 minutes for them to maybe get it right.

Placed my order at 5:15 to pick up at 6:15. It's now 6:45 and I'm still waiting for it! This is ridiculous! If it wasn't already paid for I would have left.
RecommendedBuffalo Wild Wings Gardendale we have loved eating there many times. Tonight we ordered take out and the food was great! We were disappointed after we got home and some sauce was left out .... however you did not just write it off you went above and beyond to fix it and make it right! They can’t get food right here ever spent $55 to have everything but the fries messed up. But everyone is smoking with a full dining room
