bad service and I'm sure they watered down their liquor. nothin tastes strong or good right now

For the third time in a row, Buffalo Wild Wings has messed up our order. We get it, mistakes happen, but when it’s the SAME type of mistake every time and they don’t take any ownership of it, it’s unacceptable. For future reference, if you are thinking about ordering BWW on Dirksen through Uber Eats, Door Dash, etc. don’t. Because when they mess up your order, they won’t actually fix it, they’ll tell you they can’t do anything about it and to contact the company you used to place the order. waited an hour past pick up time to get our food.
Very disappointing experience tonight. Ordered delivery through the app. Got the 30 boneless with fries Draft special. We we got the order, no fries. Called the restaurant, and after being on hold for 10 minutes, the “manager” says I need to complain to door dash since they delivered, which since I ordered through the app. The QC sticker on the bag wasn’t filled out, guess no one checked our order! 4/14/20 I placed an order at 2:19pm through their website with free delivery. It expected arrival time was 3:00pm. Around 3:15pm, I had not received the order, so I called the store. Shawn answered the phone, so I stated that the expected arrival time for the delivery was 3pm and wanted to know the status. I gave him my name and he was not able to find it. This location use to be great but now I’m not sure what happened. The last three times I’ve ordered something has been wrong. I ordered lastnight and once again it was wrong. Very disappointed. Will be using the other location or going elsewhere in town where food quality and correct orders are important to them.
We usually have great experiences at this location, but we ordered delivery for the first time yesterday afternoon and were pretty disappointed by what we received. Kid's boneless hadn't been sauced at all, the ordered drink didn't arrive, and the other order of boneless wings had hardly any sauce on them at all, they were more plain than sauced.
