While I know and understand the Covid19 virus is effecting everything but to order online and schedule a 5:30 pickup time and still be waiting at 5:55 for my order to come out it absolutely unacceptable.
We placed an order around 12:30 p.m. this afternoon for a 6:40pm pick up time. My boyfriend works 7 day 12 hour shifts now, and this is what he was craving! After his long day, he went to pick up his order! There was no order available!! They told him it would take 3 hours now to get his order!! The excuse was that after 45 minutes orders "drop" off!?! WTH!? Absolutely unbelievable!! I can see the order was placed on my end... Ridiculous!
I had no plans of writing a review since we called the first time and the manager was quick to do what he could to fix the order. We placed an order on the app. It was for lemon pepper traditional wings (no issue), cheese curds (no issue), and Parmesan garlic tenders. We picked up the order and brought it home and found out they put no sauce whatsoever on those tenders.
