Ordered pick up to be ready at 6:40. I ordered pick up because I was in a hurry and even so I did it for a later time then ASAP which is also an option..... I’m now finally leaving at 7:05 after sitting there for 25 mins. Absolutely ridiculous and awful service . The only good thing about it was a worker who I’m not sure exactly what his job was but he offered me a drink after noticing I’d been there a while.
Our waitress licked her fingers while touching our food. when i commented to her, she replied, "sorry" and walked away. she never returned. Not even to give us our check. Even the manager said she was too busy to help us. Our food was passable, drinks were good, menus are terribly awkward, and the plates are cheap aluminum baking dishes. What's going on?? This place used to be so fun but it's going to hell in a handbasket.
RecommendedGreat food! Although for dinner the fries don’t come with the chicken and they don’t offer a meal. The server was a younger man who had horrible customer skills. When we arrived he didn’t say his name and didn’t seem to care about us. He then didn’t come by and ask if we need our drinks refilled. Once we receive our food, they messed up on my boyfriends order and did fix it. Which was nice of them. Beer and company was good, food is mediocre. I have never really enjoyed the food but went because work friends were going. Our waitress was very good but the young woman who started handing out orders was giving them to the wrong people and when politely asked about it she gave us attitude. She made us feel like we were wrong and if we just waited until she put the rest out, we would see that. Nope, she was wrong...and rude.
