the driver was rude the car was dirty ther service was bad
I hired Buffalo Transportation to take myself and my two children to the Buffalo airport. I gave them a 1145 pickup time. They were 20 minutes late, when the car did arrive the seats were full of garbage and we had to wait for the driver to clean it off. Also the trunk didn't work so we had to put our suitcases in the back with us. A bad experience.
I recommend this company, very nice and professional people. I had great experience.
At this point I've only booked for a pick up for tomorrow night. I was pleased at the professional service, in particular the details provided -- exactly where the car would be for pickup, what it would look like, etc. The operator took my inbound flight information, too, giving me a warm fuzzy that they'll be tracking my flight and hopefully be there if I'm delayed.
