Car # 52 Eldo was the best driver he pick me up on time made sure he got out to make sure that I did not need help get in got me there on time and when I called to let him know I was done he was back to get me quickly. was nice and kind and was helpful I highly recommend him as a driver thank you ever much Mr Eldo keep up the good work.
I wanted for over a hour and taxi never came. Called 4 times and they kept telling me he would be there in ten minutes. I ended up having to reschedule my appointment. Do not use this service
The most horrid car service company you will find on the face of this earth, no wait - the entirety of the Universe. Phone Reps rude to the point where they tell you to wait for a driver but had actually cancel your ticket - making me wait for two hours in the cold for no driver. WARNING, IF YOU HAVE TO USE A TAXI, DO NOT USE BUFFALO TRANSPORTATION

I am so glad I picked buffalo transportation. The gentleman that drove me from greyhound, helped me with my bags, and was very professional.I wrote down his car number because I was very happy with his services.Everyone should drive 501.
