No matter how backed up they are, they will tell you it will be "15 - 20 minutes." Then it ends up being over an hour. They've done this to me before. Today, they do it again. If you estimate 15 - 20 minutes, then the margin for error should be not more than 50%, which would have had them picking me up in 30 minutes. To make sure (I called FORTY MINUTES prior to my doctor's appointment) I told them I needed to be at the doctor by 9am and was that possible--yes, I bothered to ask. Extremely rude and unpleasant. I called to make sure that they would take a "check card." The woman was ignorant and said "we don't take checks." I asked if she accepted Visa. She said yes and I explained that my check card was a Visa. She hung up on me. Could I trust her to actually send a cab to pick me up? Definitely not! In reviewing their website, it specifically stated that they accept all major credit cards AND debit cards! Learn your business, people.

I had a good experience with this taxi company. I scheduled a 5am pick up to the airport and the driver was on time. The taxi was clean too. Had no problems whatsoever.
This is the worst experience I have ever had. Car was 20 minutes late, and dirty. Driver flat rate quoted me $8 more then I normally pay. Horrible, do not use
prompt and and good servive. cab was very clean. when i complimented the driver on his service and how clean he kept his cab he thanked me and told me how he gets it professionally cleaned by delta sonic 2 or 3 times a month. To many people and me a clean work enviroment brings you respect and more buisness thats how you attract customers
