Great service and extremely helpful. I wasn't attacked at the door to be helped but was professionally engaged by being asked if I needed help. When I needed a good pair of hiking boots the service was the best ANYWHERE! It was very crowded so it must be well liked. Very wide selection to choose from and very high quality. Any negative feedback from service needs to consider this question, "Did you simply ask?" Great store and highly recommended!
I love the clothes at Buffalo Peak ! If they're out of what you're looking for there's always something else you fall in love with here. Warm & Cozy clothes for winter.

I had a great experience with the staff!! They were very helpful!! One gentleman helped me decide on a Patagonia duffle bag.. He spent at least 10 minutes with me... Will definitely be back!!

My daughter and I visited the store looking for a specific coat for her. Absolutely no one, no member of staff, engaged us. We did not find what we were looking for, and no one tried to help us find it or order it. We did make a smaller purchase and, even at check out, no one spoke to us or asked if they could help us in any way. This is not the level of service I expect from a from such a seemingly high end and expensive store. Absolute WORST service I've ever had! No one said a word to me. I had all intentions of buying several things. It was 5:30 so I assume closing was more important than customer service. After talking with multiple people I'm not the only one that feels this way. It's such a shame since there were several things I liked but why spend money here when I can go up the road to Sand Dollar where customer service is number one.
