I went in this morning on a quest for a new pair of Chacos. My old pair started to hurt my feet and I was looking for a pair that would work better for me. The customer service is AMAZING. The guy that helped me was very knowledgeable about the different footbed materials, styles, and had great recommendations. I found the perfect pair with his help! It's way better to shop in person when you can have friendly and helpful customer service. I will recommend Buffalo Creek Outfitters to my friends.
