Got a leather jacket from your Charlotte store last week and when I got around to getting it ready it ready to wear it had a pocket full of cigarette butts in it...for being so picky about what clothes you accept this seems pretty bad...not happy about that. Spending more than I paid for it to get it professionally cleaned and have the smell taken out...
Rude. Wouldn’t let a 4 year old little girl use the restroom. Suggested we go into all the other businesses to find a restroom. Don’t have a shop open to the public if you can’t provide a restroom or make an exception for a child.
manager was sooo polite and nice. The store was filled with great stuff but I didn't have enough time to look like I wanted too. Just means I will be making another trip lol
I found some super cute dresses & only paid $27! Not to mention, the staff was incredibly helpful. The vibe was very low key & chill but also upbeat. It was a fantastic experience! I can't wait to come back!
