Great first impression. Front desk staff very kind and welcoming. Heidi was friendly, professional, and much more gentler than my last dentist. Explained any charges before there was a surprise bill. I will be recommending to my friends and family that might be looking to move away from the big box dentists.
Had a first time visit. The entire staff was courteous and professional. Had a teeth cleaning appt., to which Heidi was grest ! it was the most in-depth and informative appt. I have had. It was a delight interacting with everyone there. A definite recommend for anyone looking for a complete, good experience to have services rendered, and a plan for the future.
The receptionist was kind and very helpful. The waiting was short and pleasant. The hygienist introduced herself and was professional and explained step by step and in detail what and how things are going to happen. Over all it was a good experience.
I wasn't happy with the service.Cleaning appointments are included as part of insurance plans but the facility came up with reasons to make it a paid visit, citing unfair reasons. There needs to be transparency in the process. The quality of service was also average, the cleaning was pretty basic, nothing which qualified as a treatment, let alone a paid treatment.
