I was surprised at how open and friendly everyone was. Each employee greeted me with a "Welcome to the practice" or some variation thereof. That caught me pleasantly off guard. The whole atmosphere was cheery, very much out of my experience. Dr Kosar was friendly and helpful, taking the time to address all my questions and concerns. I chose Bison as my new dental practice based on the reviews, and they were spot on! Good job, Bison!

I'm new to the state, and had a pretty rough experience at my first dentist choice before I went to Bison. After the doctor completed his fix on the previous botched job, I knew I had made the right decision to trust my gut and make the change to Bison Dentistry.
I wasn't happy with the service.Cleaning appointments are included as part of insurance plans but the facility came up with reasons to make it a paid visit, citing unfair reasons. There needs to be transparency in the process. The quality of service was also average, the cleaning was pretty basic, nothing which qualified as a treatment, let alone a paid treatment.
