Charging for service when scheduling appointment 2 weeks ahead of time. When questioned why, no other practice does this, office manager Jessica was red in the face and upset. You do not pay for services until services are rendered. My card was throw back on the counter and I was told don’t pay then. Today I received an email I am not longer welcome. Absolutely unprofessional experience.
Welcoming staff and office is always very clean. Heidi and Melissa are always thorough and efficient.
Amazing! Great with emergency appointments. The staff is all very pleasant as well.
Thank you for an excellent experience! I liked how the hygienist was thorough and explained what she saw with my teeth and showed me in the images. One of the best dental experiences I’ve had in a long time.
