Located in Clyde, North Carolina, our property is a quick drive from Asheville (25 miles) - Maggie Valley and Waynesville are only 12 miles away. This is the Smoky Mountains at its best. We are open year round, our cabins & cabooses are pet friendly and they all have wifi. Not only do we offer luxury log cabin rentals we also host romantic wedding parties, school field trips & weekend getaways on our property as well.

We made it back to Wisconsin today, but we wish we'd had more time at the Buffalo Bungalow!! The cabin and surrounding property were so beautiful! We loved seeing all of the animals, and the feeling of being secluded! The hot tub on the porch was definitely our favorite thing about our stay. We were able to watch a storm roll in, while under the protection of the wrap around porch! Thank you so much for taking great care of us, we hope to come back (soon!) in the future!
We had a great time at Tatonka Lodge! it was super clean and well stocked...loved the game room and the hot tub. The kids loved visiting the animals and going to the playground. Thank you for a great vacation!

An awesome place to spend a week! Our cabin had everything we needed. ..plus lots of extra's that made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this vacation spot!
We stayed in Buffalo Bungalo it was awesome! Clean,tidy, everything we needed! Great hot tub,fireplace, pool table was fun! Highly recommend it to anyone!
We are leaving tomorrow and I'm already sad! My daughter loved feeding and watching the animals. The cabin was amazing!!! Very comfortable even with two small kids! They even had toys, a crib, a bouncer and a bassinet !!!! It was perfect! The views were amazing as well!!!! We stayed in the bison overlook lodge. We are surely coming back. Thank you for the amazing time.
We stayed at the Tatonka Lodge and, as expected, had a wonderful time. I can not say enough good things about Cheryl and her cabins. This is our second visit to her properties and the whole resort is beautiful! The cabin had everything we needed, and more, and we look forward to returning next year! Thank you Cheryl for all your kind and wonderful help!
