Moving into my new apartment was smooth and stress-free. The unit was clean, everything worked perfectly, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The building is quiet and well-maintained, and I’m loving the location. A great place to call home!
I’ve really enjoyed living here! The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any maintenance requests. My apartment is spacious, modern, and has great natural light. The location is super convenient for shopping, restaurants, and getting around town. Overall, it’s been a great place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.
I randomly came across BC at 2AM. Just driving around looking to see how apartments looked at that hour. I was instantly impressed. The next day I was able to scheduled my self guides tour, which was very convenient. Within a week I went through the application. Shortly after I had my move in date!! Cassie and Sam were very helpful and very professional!!
I was moving to Indianapolis on a very tight timeline and needed to find a quality apartment fast. Buffalo Creek's leasing office, specifically Cassandra, were amazing at being responsive within 1 business day of me putting an inquiry in for my apt. It was truly a delight to work with Cassandra and I appreciated how clear and transparent the office is about the application process and securing an apartment.
