Lead me to believe I was approved so I make all arrangements to move there just for the office staff tell im not approved. Lol this place is a joke ran by AI and 1 office assistant that has no clue.. I wasted 2 weeks of my time, money, just to be ran around by AI.. named Ava.. lol you can do WAY better!
Staff is very unhelpful with a issue I've been dealing with for about a month or so. Upstairs neighbors are very loud. Kids running across the floor nonstop and consistently. I've went to the office three times to complain, said they'd get a translator to let the neighbors know the issue. The loudness is still going on. Will be moving out when the lease is up.
The staff needs improvement Low tier experience in the office. Apartments do look nice! And maintenance is great! You pay for what you get.
I’ve gotten my car stolen about three times since I’ve lived here. My boyfriend’s truck consistently gets ran through unfortunately he can’t lock it but still paying almost $1500 in rent. There should be some cameras. The cop that sits here does absolutely nothing. I’ve only been bothered by him if anything stopping in front of my car while just sitting in it expecting something to be going on. We’re moving out this month. I don’t even feel safe getting out of my car.
I am disappointed regarding the recent communication I received about an overdue payment. Despite setting up autopay in person last month, your system failed to process the payment correctly. It is concerning to receive threatening collection notices when the issue stems from an unreliable payment system rather than a lack of funds or effort on my part. I have both a credit card and a bank account saved in my profile that could have been used to avoid this situation.
