Buffalo Creek is an amazing community with tons of amenities, so there is always something to do. Christy the manager is always so helpful and knowledgeable about the community and the surrounding area. Buffalo Creek is definitely a diamond in the rough!!!
They have terrible communication. They told me the total would be one amount, but then when I went there, they asked for more money—and they still claim they can't do anything about it, even though it is their duty as employees to tell us exactly how much we are going to pay. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
The property manager Christy and her maintenance team at this property are very unprofessional. My sister found carpet beetles in her room and reported the issue to maintenance. The maintenance worker already had a personal issue with her after he had to come in on a Sunday to fix her freezer. During that request he spoke with an attitude and made comments under his breath, which my mom also witnessed. nice apartments and all but there is a fee for EVERYTHING looking forward to moving OUT
I am a current resident here. The office staff has recently changed as of 2026. The new staff are extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate of the residence time they take over 1.5 hour breaks during the day after telling you to come in and have been extremely unprofessional me and my household really miss the staff that cared about the people in this community.
