Every time I visit this location they give me bad vibes. I went today around 5:15pm and only one person greeted me. Then I felt like I was being watched the entire time. I wanted to just walk out. I then made my way to the register to smell the car fresheners and one employee walked up to the register so I asked her how did a certain one smell and she shrugged her shoulders and then just gave me the sample of it. I only just started visiting Buff City Soap and sadly I don't think I'll ever go back to this location given how they treated my girlfriend. Don't get me wrong the products are amazing and they did treat me well however they didn't give the same treatment to my girlfriend. Always a positive visit. If they are out of my favorite then they will mix it up in store. My gamy even like the scents. Part of my monthly shopping now.
This place makes me so happy. Absolutely love buying customized gifts for my real estate clients and for myself. We had a bath bomb party here years ago and it is still one of my favorite memories. This place is my go to for organic soaps and detergents within my household and gifts to my clients.
