Loyal Donegal Insurance customer for 10+ years. Policy was written by Buettner. Involved in two not at fault accidents ( others drivers at fault, police reports filled and fault on other driver) I received NO support from Buettner Insurance. Routed to claims department. Left for Erie insurance. Best decision I made. Should have left after the first accident. If you have Donegal, do yourself a favor and go to Erie Insurance.
