Love your vegan red chile tamales! The best tamales I've tried yet!
Just had the Chicken Enchiladas from the frozen aile at the supermarket, loved them...
I have used Bueno Red Chili and that has been ok but the last three boxes of Bueno Autumn Roast Green Chili has been so bad I have thrown it away. It is full of stems ( a lot ) and burnt peelings, so much I can't even take them out, or that would leave me without any chili to use. Pretty bad. I wouldn't buy it again.
First of all we're related where the benavidez my grandma and her grandma or sisters Barbara and clear and yes they make the best tortillas tacos burritos and noodle whatever and not so on and so forth the best
