The frozen chopped green chile has too much water, I have to drain it, and bits of peel and stems. I use The Authentic New Mexican brand and it has no water added so you get more product.

I made the mistake of buying Bueno Foods Green Chile in the frozen container here in Las Cruces. I was so disappointed that after defrosting and opening it, it had a zillion pieces of blackened chile pod skins all over the chile. I had guests over for dinner and the green enchiladas were speckled all over with black skins! Truly embarrassing since I had boasted about your chile to my out-of-town guests. Never will I buy your brand again!
We usually love Bueno grandmas tortillas have bought them for years with no issues but recently we have had bad bags ALL the tortillas are stuck together!!! Can't pull them apart!!! They tear into pieces... And this is happening to me in different stores like smiths, albertsons, Walmart. FIX IT please!!!!
