OK, it's an iconic joint and been here forever. The food is adequate (yes, i actually ate there). It's fun to swill down an Irish Coffee as that is their schtick, but it's hardly worth $10.50 a pop.
A must stop when in San Francisco! Our bartender Paul was engaging even while making dozens of Irish Coffees! Got seats st the bar and made new friends!
Only the very best Irish Coffee in the US! I can only dream of anything close coming to Honolulu...

Their Irish Coffee is Awesome!! Excellent food and the evening was so nice and calm atmosphere..
A must on our yearly trip to the Bay Area.......Raiders game on Sunday and Buena Vista on Monday. We cannot get back to Washington without Irish coffee.

Loved it. Went on a busy Sunday and totally enjoyed the community atmosphere, sharing a table with another couple. The staff expect table sharing and are right on top of getting menus to the new folks as the table occupants switch around. Fun gettting to know new people. I thought the food was very good and the Irish coffee and sourdough bread amazing.
First time enjoying an Irish coffee and can't wait to go back! My friend had the Nutty coffee and it was equally amazing. John was wonderful and funny.
