I've been to the other gym's around town And this gym is my kinda atmosphere. Love the staff, love the equiptment, Access to a full USA boxing gym, and different classes available...

Here is just a little perspective I can bring to Buena Health and Fitness (BHF) . I was a member when BHF when it was located by uptown 3 Theater. I retired from the US Army in 2002. I have not worked out in 15 years. I finally will begin working out again 7/3/2017. Here is the great part as far as I am concerned. Hank was just as helpful, friendly, and encouraging when I met all those years ago. While I do not think I look the same, Hank appears to not have aged AT ALL.
