When and how old is a very good place to work out I have been working out there for 17 years compete in tournaments everyone there is very helpful Hank is a professional actually witnessed him compete now we have a new trainer Chico which I have sat down with them talk to very smart man very knowledgeable So I highly recommend if anybody wants to transform their body lose weight or just firm up when I held is the place to go

I love coming in here and getting my workout in as well as training those who work with me. Most of the people are very kind and considerate. Staff is very cordial and even funny. Equipment meets all my needs.

I take the Zumba class with instructor Adi, for me she is great. If you want a great cardio workout and dance, this is the class. I haven't been able to set up a time with a trainer to go through the weighs or equipment, but that is my next step. Danny and Mr. Diaz, are very nice people, this a very good place to get fit.
