I love coming here because it’s such a laid back atmosphere and never feels “judge-y” at all. As a bigger woman, feeing comfortable at the gym is really detrimental to me coming in and I’ve never felt anything but comfortable here. The equipment is all great and laid out really well. Recommend for sure!!
Awesome environment and plenty of weight for powerlifting
This is an awesome place to workout, the price is outstanding and they even have a full room dedicated to boxing/mma with a ring and a bunch of heavy bags and speed bags!

Well equipped facility. friendly staff. Great atmosphere and large selection of free weights and machine's. Hank Diaz has been a great mentor and friend to me.
