Look Elsewhere Look elsewhere. While the units are clean and well built the owner is not responsive to customers. I left numerous phone messages and sent a letter via postal mail but owner never responded. Had to badger owner to receive deposit back.
Son's car broke down in Ames. Bud's towed it and fixed it for less than half of the quotes from car dealerships and much lower than all the other repair shops I contacted. Philip Luksetich, Ankeny,IA.
really?! buds towing is a joke. hyland drive apartments parking lots are never full and yet i park there to stay with someone living there and i get towed for the night!? thats just ridiculous!
The moving company I hired, was supposed to do the pick-up on Saturday June 25th, and was not until Monday June 27th that they confirm that they were not going to make it. After so much frustration, I stopped by Bud's Service Center and they literately saved me!!! It just took a couple of minutes and GREAT customer service to help me on the same day.
