I was a customer at Bud's long before I became an employee. The best part about Bud's besides motorcycles is that everyone is one big family that shares similar interests. Everyone takes care of everyone and I felt that before I even thought about applying for a job.
Me and my husband Tony purchased our first Harley today. The experience we had there was amazing. All the staff made us feel right at home. I love each and everyone. Thank you for the wonderful knowledge and making me feel important for a day. I want to especially thank you to Shaun Gruner, Sara Gipson, and Charles Partain.
Just purchased my third bike from Buds. Overall great experience. Shawn in sales treated me right and got the job done. I literally went in to buy a cup holder for a Christmas present. Left with a cup holder and a Roadglide special. The whole crew was great. Thanks everyone for the great service.

Poor customer service. Took my 2016 bike in to check out noise. After they review they said it would be covered under manufacture warranty. Then Found out motor was scored and bad cooling system. They trued to give me a bill for $15,000 to fix issues!! They couldn’t cover and also would use the extended warranty!! I will never return or recommend.
