Went in with my husband and looked at most every bike in there. Not one person offered assistance. And, they were not busy.
We took our 2015 Ultra Classic to Bud's because the temperature light was coming on. It should have still been covered under warranty and we were told it would be a week before we took it in. We got a phone call after they supposedly looked at the bike saying it was not under warranty that somebody must have been confused that had answered the phone when we called. Been going to Bud’s ever since I was a kid and my dad would always take me. Then became a customer, now an employee. Regardless of your status, you’re treated like family as soon as you walk through the door. Great place to shop and even better place to work!
