Ordered a gun and waited almost two weeks for them to say the item was no longer available, even tho I was able to order. When I called wondering where my order was they said we canceled your order and refunded your money. Which I did not ask them to do. I looked online and they had the same exact firearm for 60$ more. Don't send and email stating a reduced price on a gun then NOT honor your commitment. Liars and a very deceitful bait and switch campaign with horrible customer service when contacted about said email/discount.

Bought a used gun and with the bad lighting I didn’t see the scratches on the gun .I called them after I got it home and seen the scratches and they told me I had 30 days to bring it back but then someone got on the telephone and said I would have to call Garland the manager on Tuesday because he doesn’t work weekends.I called that Tuesday and was put on hold and no one ever came to phone so I called back and they connected me to Garlands voicemail were I explained the situation and ask him to call me back and that was 3week... read more
