I do not reccomend this place. I purchased a firearm today, because I found it for a fair price. The staff was rude the whole time I was there. Even the young lady at the checkout. I said I forgot to get ammo and she said "well go ahead" in a very hateful tone. Then when I got back she had called the person after me up to pay for their gun. No problem with that, but when I got up there again she said " I'm dealing with someone else. You will just have to wait". in a very hateful tone. Staff is very rude and hateful. I’ve only been a handful of times and every time but once the staff has been very short and haughty with me. Poor customer service!
They sold my gun I had on layaway, called me after I paid it off to offer my money back or put what I paid towards another gun and give me a $20 dollar gift card what a joke. I do not recommend. If somebody from buds wants to actually try to make it right feel free to contact me but the lady I talked to didn’t seem concerned with your customer.
very nice staff and very reasonable price. the range is clean and very up to date. i would recommend to anybody going to Gatlinburg area for a few hours of shooting

Love the fact you can shoot most of the guns before you purchase them. I love the fact they keep their social media to guns only. There is no need for politics or misinformed opinionated off topic rants that have nothing to do with guns. Glad that Buds is a classy place that will always price match. Even those pawn shop kind of places.
Easy site to navigate. Gigantic selection of guns and accessories. Bottom dollar prices on most things. The layaway plan makes expensive guns more approachable. And the shipping is lightning fast. You can't lose with Buds.
