I ordered a walther ppq m2 mag from buds on December 7th, shipped on the 10th, and it’s the 26 th now. Buds keeps telling me different things when I ask for my package. They told me to contact them Monday the 23rd if it still hasn’t arrived, so I did and they didn’t respond. I contacted them again the 26th and was told to contact them January 8th if it doesn’t arrive by then. That’s some garbage customer service. The place is amazing. it offers a wide range of guns and ammo to accessories . Also has a gun range on the premises. prices are great as is the staff!
The range is very modern and well kept, range staff are polite and helpful. Pricing is right around average for an indoor range. The shop is enormous and the selection of long guns and handguns is unbeatable. Pricing on firearms is just slightly higher than competing shops in the area but they are also more likely to have that hard to find gun you’re looking for. The selection of guns ans accessories are great. The staff at buds are always nice, and helpful whether it's about guns or ammo they do there best help and answer your questions and they are never pushy on there customer's.
I enjoy shooting at Bud's. The range is well-lit, kept at a comfortable temp, and the RSOs are professional and helpful. I've only ever had friendly interactions with the staff. They are not pushy and if they don't know something they'll admit it and try to find out for you. They are very helpful.
