Initially the vehicle I wanted had money put down on it so it wasn't available. Tom called me back quickly after and made me aware that the vehicle was back on the table as they purchased another Sonata on the lot. My husband and I were very pleased with Bud's Auto and our salesman, Tom. They have a large inventory of cars to choose from. Their website is very comprehensive....we checked their inventory before we went. We were able to narrow it down to one car. Easiest car buying we've ever done! We called ahead and spoke to Tom. When we got there he had the car ready and closer to the office for us to test drive...nice surprise since it was cold out...this was much appreciated! I drove 127 miles to purchase a Camaro because their prices were good and Tom was (not the typical salesman) on the phone. There was no pressure and they made the purchase experience a great one. I would drive 250 miles to deal with the very nice people that made my experience an awesome one. Excellent service and honest. I would give the a 10 out of 10 and if I ever need to buy another vehicle, it will be with the team at Bud's.

I purchased a SUV that was priced BETTER than the others I considered (all were the same year/model/options and all had millage of approx.18,000). NoT only was the price better, I also received more for my trade. In addition, the SUV was much cleaner and in better condition that than the others I looked at. I talked with Steve a couple of times on the phone before my wife and me made the 60 plus mile trip to Bud's to inquire about a 2011, Hyundai Sonata that I was interested in. Steve was very respectful, informative, and polite. He answered my questions without hesitation, proving to me he knew what he was doing and also that he was honest and sincere in his response. The service department is the best I have ever experienced. Gary and the mechanics are great; I won't buy a care anywhere else. Buds really stands behind their products. Buds is an honest and down to earth place to buy and maintain your vehicle. I love my Dodge Truck.
