This is the second truck I have bought from Buds and everyone there goes out of their way to make the experience great. So friendly, helpful, and courteous!
I left an email after closing time and Tom Krcha called me back the next day. We discussed the specific car I was interested in and I told him I would make the 3 1/2 hour drive to the dealership the next day. I would just like to sincerely thank Steve and Eric respectively for helping me out with my car buying process yesterday on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I showed up knowing the vehicle stock number and went to Steve and asked if he could bring it down to take for a test ride. We ended up driving a little over 2 hours to Bud's auto and everyone there took great care of us. My hubby and I both ended up bringing cars home that day. No pressure. Wonderful selection. Worth the drive. Super friendly staff and love the doggie making the place feel like home. Gave me great value on my trade.
I'm 65. I have bought a lot of new and used cars. I dread dealing with car salesmen. I arm myself with all the data so I can't be snowed. Bud's auto sales was a painless purchase. I drove up from Cincinnati OH and all I can say is these Gentleman took great car of me. I wanted a very specific car Honda Accord MANUAL Transmission! Steve and Jim had it and made my travels it was worth the trip. The car buying experience is a breeze at Buds Auto Sales. We have purchased our last 6 vehicles from Bud's Auto over the past 10 years. 4 of them we still have.
