Bought a window switch that was defective and tried to get the item replace and not get a cash refund. tried to contact them a few times with no response.. I didn't install the item right away and when I did, found it was defective. E-Bay didn't help much either. When I remove the window switch, It was dirty and corroded.. No wonder they wouldn't work or contact me.. Would not recommend doing business with someone who won't stand behind their product..
