If I could give Darryl ZERO stars I would!!! I reported an issue about my hvac in October! He came out to access the issue. Informed me that I needed a new furnace and that my air conditioning was low on freeion. He informed me that he would be back the next week to repair on a Friday. I took off work and he did not show or call to let me know he would not make it. If I could give zero stars I would. This company was assigned to us through our home warranty company. I do not want to waste anymore time or energy on Darrel and his games so here is a short, sweet review. Always late. Very unprofessional. Dishonest. Placed a new unit and it has already died twice. Extremely professional, friendly, and fast service. I 100% recommend! Used them through my home warranty (Old Republic), which I was apprehensive about because I’ve heard some home warranty horror stories, but I couldn’t be more pleased with this company. Great people.
I would like to give Mr. Darrell five stars. I know all the other reviews put him in a negative light, but for my family he was amazing. My wife and I just moved from Pensacola Florida five months ago to Birmingham and after buying our home have had multiple AC unit issues.
